random notes, questions and comments:
why is there a puddle of blood? why does he stop next to it?
is HE undermining physical pain in order to temporarily forget and hide from the emotional kind?

jon: "a museum of memories"

might include frame around the flashes of comic strip, which are actually memories of a past relationship.

the photo HE is looking at in the beginning should appear as one of the images in the memory flashes so that a clear, if not blatant, connection is shown between the scenes.

the setting is not a forest, but rather blank white space. however, this is still to be finalized.

instead of music, use minimal sounds. like in samurai jack, the wishing well, 3 archers episode.
